  • No returns for opened products

    Items that have been unsealed, used, or opened in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Unopened items may be returned

    Products that remain unopened and in their original condition may be returned within the specified return period.

  • Refund after receiving returned items

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund via bank transfer or the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

  • Return shipping costs

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Cash on delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
